| November 12, 2021 | Secretary of State certifies sponsorship signatures and refers measure to Attorney General for ballot title review |
| July 8, 2022 | Qualifying signatures due to Secretary of State for November ballot qualification |
| November 8, 2022 | Election Day! |
| December 8, 2022 | Secretary of State begins application process |
| December 8, 2022 | Chief Administrative Law Judge designates three-member review panel |
| January 1, 2023 | Close of Applications. Elections Division screens, publicizes applicant names and provides pool to review panel |
| February 8, 2023 | Review Panel chooses 150 names to Secretary of State |
| By February 15, 2023 | Secretary of State randomly selects first six commissioners |
| By March 15, 2023 | Selected commissioners select remaining six commissioners |
| By March 15, 2023 | Citizen’s Independent Redistricting Commission created |
| August 15, 2023 | Commission approves and certifies map to Oregon Supreme Court |
